10th Men’s World Floorball Championships will be played in Gothenburg, Sweden on 5th -14th December 2014. 16 teams will participate in the Final Round of the tournament. For the first time all teams, apart from the organizer, must qualify for the Final Round. There are six regional qualification events to determine the participants of the WFC 2014 – 4 European groups (EUR1, EUR2, EUR3, EUR4), Americas group (AMER) and Asia-Oceania group (AOFC).

 

In each qualification group teams play each other once. In European groups two best teams from each qualification group and the two best 3rd placed teams will qualify. In Americas group two best teams will qualify. In Asia-Oceania group three best teams will qualify.

 

Regional representation in WFC 2014:

Europe – 10 teams;

Asia-Oceania – 3 teams;

Americas – 2 teams;

Organizer – 1 team (Sweden).

 

WFC 2014 European Qualification 4 (EUR4) will be played in Valmiera, Latvia on 28th January – 1st February 2014. All matches will take place in Vidzeme Olympic center multifunctional arena.
